NEW PEAR, MANGO AND GINGER

B&T JAZZMATAZZ
- 40ml B&T undiluted Pear, Mango and Ginger cordial
- 60ml Champagne
- 40ml ginger beer
- 20ml lemon juice
- 20ml apple juice
- 1 pear
- 1 mango
Mash pear and mango to a fine pulp. Mix with apple juice, lemon juice, B&T Pear, Mango and Ginger cordial and ginger beer and pour into large glass. Pour champagne on top and add ice.
B&T FRUITY TINGLE
- 50ml undiluted B&T Pear, Mango and Ginger cordial
- 30 ml of mango juice
- 30 ml of pineapple juice
- 30 ml of apple juice
- lemonade
- 4 ice cubes
- 1 slice of pear
Put the mango juice, pineapple juice, apple juice and B&T Pear, Mango and Ginger cordial into a large glass and add the ice cubes. Pour over the lemonade and garnish with the slice of pear.
